Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider – Monday to Friday - Woking, Surrey £41,500

A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated on a hospital site near Woking, Surrey.  The successful candidate will be Mechanically biased (NVQ or C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out Mechanical and some minor electrical and fabric maintenance .

This is a Monday - Friday role working 08:00 - 17:00

 
The package will include:

Duties & Responsibilities of the role: 

 
  • Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
  • Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
  • Chillers - Re-set
  • Water Treatment (Temperature checks
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e.

    Hot & Colds)
  • UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
  • Emergency light testing
  • Basic Electrical duties
  • General fabric duties/making good
 

Requirements


  • Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
  • A proven track record in Building Maintenance
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.
  • Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV
  • Good Leadership & Management skills
