Mobile Electrical Maintenance engineer

Mobile Electrical Engineer - FM Service Provider - Large Retail Contract - Oxford area - £42k 

An exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced electrical maintenance engineer to join a existing team for an established FM service provider.

This role is working on a large retail contract covering a number of sites within the

Oxfordshire area.  The ideal candidate will live within the Bicestor area.

This is a Monday - Friday role with flexible working hours over an 8 hour day.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a mobile portfolio
  • Lighting: installation, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes and control panels
  • Power distribution fault-finding and repairs
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Testing and inspection
  • Completing job sheets and service reports
  • Dealing with client site contacts in a professional manner
  • AHU's / FCU's
  • Water Temps
  • General all round maintenance
 

The Ideal candidate will have - 

  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 Electrical
  • 18th Edition 
  • Must be able to provide copies of relevant trade certificates
  • Proven experience as a mobile or multi-site electrical engineer
  • Strong fault-finding skills
  • Good communication and client-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
