A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in the City of London.

CBW is currently looking for 3 Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to be based in a commercial building located in the City.

The successful candidate will be electrically biased (NVQ or C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out Mechanical basic, electrical and fabric maintenance to the following.

You will be working in a very client facing high end Law Firm so attention to detail & proffesionalism.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• Emergency light testing
• Basic Electrical duties
• General fabric duties/making good

• Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
• A proven track record in Building Maintenance
• Good Communication Skills.
• Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.
• Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV
• Good Leadership & Management skills

• Basic DBS - or willing to complete one.
