  • An understanding of how creative assets influence campaign performance, engagement and conversions.
  • The ability to turn audience insights, research and performance data into compelling creative ideas.
  • Familiarity with different paid media formats, including static ads, video, UGC and other emerging formats.
  • A good understanding of creative testing, optimisation and performance-led design.
  • An interest in mobile apps, app growth and App Store Optimisation (ASO), or the motivation to develop expertise in these areas.
  • Strong visual design skills and proficiency in Figma.
  • Confidence in sharing ideas, explaining creative decisions and collaborating with different teams.
  • An interest in AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies.
  • A proactive, curious and enthusiastic approach, with the drive to learn, improve and take on more responsibility.
  • A collaborative mindset, positive energy and the ability to contribute to a supportive, creative team culture.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with strong creative foundations, good strategic instincts and the ambition to grow.
