An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Euston has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Euston, to be based tenants side for a high-profile client.

He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance. 

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical & general building maintenance.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £46,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8am to 5pm

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

• Up to £46,000
• Further training
• Company pension
• No Callout

• Electrically or Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
• 18th Edition (Desirable)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
