An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service provider situated in Westminster has arisen! CBW are currently recruiting for a Mechanical / Water Treatment Engineer to look after a large Government site in Westminster.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Mechanical Engineering & Water Treatment ideally currently working in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems including domestic and closed water systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and pressure systems
• Provide first-line response to reactive call-outs, ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with approved codes of practice
• Assist with building fabric and electrical systems maintenance as required
• Collaborate with engineering supervisor and specialist subcontractors to deliver high-quality service

• Salary of up to £50,800

• 4 on 4 off - Days Only
• 7am to 7pm

• L8 qualified with City and Guilds or equivalent NVQ in plumbing and mechanical engineering
• Practical with good common sense and ability to work well with diverse teams
• Full clean driving licence plus current or ability to gain CTC clearance
• Able to act on own initiative and deliver work to high standards safely
