I am recruiting for a growing and well-established engineering consultancy seeking a Structural Engineer to play a key role in delivering a varied portfolio of projects across heritage, residential, commercial and data centre sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Structural Engineer who enjoys technical leadership, client interaction and managing projects from concept through to completion.

As a Structural Engineer, you will:

• Lead the structural design and delivery of projects across multiple sectors.
• Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to completion.
• Work on a diverse portfolio including heritage, commercial, residential and data centre developments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions using Tekla Structural Designer and ETABS.
• Support the delivery of technically challenging projects while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Mentor and support junior engineers within the team.

• Chartered status (MIStructE or MICE).
• Previous experience within a structural engineering consultancy environment.
• Strong project delivery experience across a range of building types and sectors.
• Proficiency with Tekla Structural Designer and ETABS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing engineers.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to engineering challenges.

• Salary of £65,000 - £80,000, depending on experience.
