Due to continued expansion, we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Farnborough team and focus on the rapidly growing Owners, Operators and Developers market.

Your Opportunity As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take full ownership of your specialist market, building relationships with major Data centre owners, hyperscalers, colocation providers, developers and operators throughout the United States.

You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, identifying exceptional talent and establishing yourself as a trusted recruitment partner within the booming Data centre industry.

This is a genuine opportunity to build a high-performing desk within one of the world's fastest-growing sectors, where demand for talent across Data centres continues to accelerate.

What You'll Be Doing As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
  • Develop and grow your own client portfolio within the US Owners, Operators and Developers market.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive business development and networking.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders and key decision-makers.
  • Source, engage and qualify high-calibre candidates across engineering, construction, operations and project delivery disciplines.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to offer management and placement.
  • Conduct candidate interviews, talent mapping and market intelligence activities.
  • Negotiate fees, terms and offers with both clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records through CRM systems and recruitment technology platforms.
  • Become a recognised market specialist within the US Data centre sector.
What We're Looking For To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you'll ideally have:
  • Previous experience working in a 360 recruitment environment.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, resilient and target-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
  • Previous experience recruiting within engineering, construction, infrastructure, technical or Data centre markets (desirable but not essential).
  • Ambition to build a long-term career within a high-growth industry.
