Regional Live-in Team Leader

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Regional Live-in Team Leader to carry out care assessments, build person-centered care plans and get new live-in placements for the clients based in their homes.

The role covers the East Anglia region and requires regular travel throughout the area

This is a home based role and will spend much of your working week out visiting clients and carers across the region.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

As the Regional Live-in Team Leader your key duties include:

• Respond promptly to new live-in care enquiries and carry out assessments in clients' homes


• Develop comprehensive, person-centred care plans and risk assessments covering medication and mobility from day one


• Help match the right live-in carer to each client based on care needs, personality, and preferences


• Support the start of new placements, including carer introductions, handovers, and first-week check-ins


• Carry out regular spot checks, competency assessments, and welfare checks with live-in carers across the region


• Build strong relationships with families and healthcare professionals, including GPs, district nurses, and social workers


• Manage your own diary and travel efficiently across the region to prioritise urgent new assessments and placements

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• 2 years' experience of working in a care setting with vulnerable adults, including time in a senior carer, team leader, field care supervisor or similar role


• Experience of carrying out care needs assessments and writing care plans


• Experience of conducting spot checks, competency assessments and supervisions


• Good working knowledge of CQC fundamental standards and what good, safe care looks like in someone's own home


• Confident IT skills, including experience of a digital care management system


• Full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and willingness to travel regularly across East Anglia

The successful Regional Live-in Team Leader will receive an excellent salary up to £30,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a permanent role with Full Time and Part Time opportunities available.
