Due to continued growth in the US market, we are looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team and focus on the Owners, Operators and Developers (Owners Ops) market across the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity to establish yourself within the rapidly expanding data centre sector, partnering directly with some of the most influential organisations delivering and operating mission-critical infrastructure across North America.

The Role As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of your market, developing new client relationships while sourcing and managing high-calibre candidates.
You'll work closely with some of the most recognisable data centre owners, hyperscalers, colocation providers, developers and operators in the US market, building long-term partnerships and becoming a trusted recruitment expert within your niche.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow a specialist client portfolio across the US Owners, Operators and Developers market.
• Generate new business opportunities through targeted business development activities.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Source, engage and qualify high-calibre candidates across engineering, construction and operational disciplines.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to offer management and placement.
• Conduct candidate interviews and market mapping exercises.
• Negotiate terms, fees and offers with clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and recruitment technology.
• Become a recognised market expert within your specialist sector.

• Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, resilient and driven approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, data centres, infrastructure or technical markets would be advantageous but not essential.
• A genuine desire to build a long-term career within a high-growth sector.
