Electrical Shift Engineer – FM Service Provider – London Bridge – Up to £50,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Shift Engineer to join an established FM service provider at a highly corporate site in London Bridge.

Working as part of a four-person shift team, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and general building services.

Hours of Work:

• 4 on, 4 off – Days & Nights
• Days: 07:00 – 19:00
• Nights: 19:00 – 07:00

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Lighting maintenance, fault finding and small installations.
• Carry out emergency lighting testing.
• Maintain and fault find control panels.
• Monitor building services through the BMS.
• Maintain and update site logbooks.
• Carry out basic plumbing maintenance, including unblocking toilets.
• Carry out basic maintenance on pumps and motors.
• Assist with general multi-skilled building maintenance.
• Respond to reactive faults and breakdowns.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and to the required standard.
• Liaise professionally with clients and other members of the engineering team.

• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical Installation – Essential
• 18th Edition – Desirable
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
• Previous commercial building maintenance experience.
• Good electrical fault-finding knowledge.
• Multi-skilled building services experience.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
