Cleaning Operative – Sutton– FM Service Provider - £13 per hour

Exciting opportunity for a cleaner to work for an established cleaning company in Sutton. CBW is currently recruiting a Cleaning Operative to be based in a commercial building.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of cleaning within a commercial building.


Details / Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 3.5 hours per day
  • Flexible hours - can complete your hours anywhere between 8am to 4pm
  • £13 per hour
  • Based on Kimpton Industrial Estate
  • 3 weeks cover
  • Start dare: 24th August 2026
 
Key duties & Responsibilities:
  • To carry out a variety of cleaning tasks
  • Sweeping
  • Mopping
  • Vacuuming
  • Emptying bins
  • Dusting
  • Polishing
  • Cleaning Touch points & Surfaces

Requirements:
  • Have a proven track record in cleaning within a commercial environment
  • To work to a timescale as agreed with you and your Supervisor/Manager
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety practices
  • To always act in a professional manner
  • Be honest, reliable, and hard working
  • Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
