About the Opportunity
We’re working with a global performance marketing agency that is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join its growing Content team.
This is a great opportunity for a digital marketer who enjoys combining content, SEO, AI, research, data and project coordination.

You’ll work closely with Content Managers and Leads, supporting the production of SEO/GEO blogs, landing pages and other digital content for a range of clients.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, analytical and creative, with a strong interest in how content and AI can be used to drive digital performance.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Content Leads and Managers across larger enterprise client accounts
• Create content outlines using AI tools such as Claude and GPTs
• Conduct SERP and LLM research to identify content opportunities and inform outlines
• Work within client style guides and content requirements
• Assist with data collection and analysis for data-driven content
• Help manage content projects and organise tasks using project management platforms such as ClickUp
• Upload, edit, stage and publish blogs, assets and core pages through CMS platforms such as WordPress
• Manage and maintain editorial calendars, ensuring topics, deadlines and timelines are accurate
• Assist with content and communications audits, including competitor and market analysis
• Support the creation of weekly and monthly content reports using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush and Google Search Console
• Help identify opportunities to improve content production processes
• Bring new ideas and recommendations to improve internal workflows
• Support the wider Content team with day-to-day production and campaign requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally as a Content Specialist, Content Strategist or similar
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and other CMS/blogging platforms such as Contentful or Shopify
• Good understanding of how to upload, edit and schedule digital content
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of AI tools and how they can be used for content creation and research
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in digital marketing, content and SEO
