Maintenance Plumber - Client Direct - Days - Heritage Site - Kew - Up to £38,000

Exciting opportunity to work In House / Client Direct Company in Richmond .

My client is looking for a Maintenance Plumber to be based in an iconic & beautiful heritage site in the Borough of Richmond.

The successful candidates will be plumbing / mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on site, he or she will have experience carrying out mechanical, plumbing, HVAC & fabric duties.

In return the company are offering a competitive salary up to £38,000, further training and career progression.

Duties

• LTHW plant
• Heating systems and controls
• Calorifiers ad Hot Water systems
• Mains Cold Water systems
• Environmental computer-controlled systems (BMS)
• Water softening plant
• RO plant
• Pumping systems
• Plumbing maintenance and installation
• Borehole systems

• Monday to Friday - Week 1 08:00 - 16:00, Week 2 09:00 - 17:00.
  
  Week 3 10:00 - 18:00 
• 1 in 3 weekend cover (2 days off in the week that week)
• 36 hour week

• Up to £30,000
• 30 days + bank holidays

• Plumbing / mechanically qualified Level 2 / 3 / HNC / HND
