Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer - Client Direct - London - Commercial Offices - Up to £50K

The Opportunity

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join one of the fastest-growing companies of it's type in London.

Currently there are opportunities within the organisation for Fabric Engineers, Electrical Engineers and Mechanical Engineers due to growth within the company. 

As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you'll work across a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings.

You'll also assist with quoted works and tenant maintenance projects.

This role offers variety, autonomy, and clear progression into senior roles such as Supervisor.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support across multiple commercial office sites
• Carry out both electrical and mechanical PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance
• Support tenant and project works, ensuring smooth delivery of additional services
• Manage and liaise with subcontractors for specialist services
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including:
• Fire alarms
• Emergency lighting
• Water treatment
• HVAC systems, including AHUs and FCUs
• Complete reports, logbooks, and assist with monthly compliance documentation
• Occasionally work out-of-hours or attend call-outs (where applicable)

• £37,000 - £50,000 depending on discipline, certificates and experience

• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 IF Electrical or Mechanical (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in commercial building maintenance
• Good understanding of health & safety and statutory compliance
• Confident, client-facing, and reliable with strong communication skills
• Willing to travel within Zones 1–2 and work semi-static across key sites
