Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager - North Lanarkshire - 40-60K plus car / car allowance - Happy to travel throughout Central Belt.

CBW are recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of hard facilities management services across a diverse estate across the Central Belt Region.

The successful candidate will ensure maintenance services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements, while building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and supply chain partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of planned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance across a multi-site portfolio.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements, KPIs, budgets and timescales.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, building users, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Oversee contractor performance, ensuring work is completed safely, compliantly and to a high standard.
• Identify opportunities for additional works and prepare quotations where required.
• Monitor contract performance, manage risk and support continuous service improvement.
• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain accurate operational records.

• Proven experience managing hard FM services within a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience managing subcontractors and client relationships.
• Commercial awareness with experience of budgets and quotations.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance and health & safety legislation.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
