We’re searching for a talented Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a high-performing team within a landmark commercial office space.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Electrical Systems: Lighting installs, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballasts, control panels, power distribution
  
  
• Mechanical Equipment: Pumps, motors, seals, bearings, basic HVAC
  
  
• HVAC & Plant: AHUs, FCUs, emergency lighting, air conditioning units
  
  
• Monitoring Systems: Chillers (resets), BMS (hot/cold trends), UPS systems
  
  
• Teamwork: Collaborate with a large, supportive onsite engineering team
  
  
• Service Delivery: Ensure smooth building operations and top-tier tenant services
  
  

•  Continental Shift - 4 nights, 4off, 3 days, 3 nights, 6off, 4 days
  
  
• 7:00 am - 19:00 pm / 19:00 am - 07:00 am
  
  

• £57,562 Salary (including shift allowance)

• Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition
• Strong knowledge of commercial building services
• Experience in similar critical/commercial environments (e.g., banks, data centres, corporate HQs)
• Ability to work at heights outdoors (full training & PPE provided)
