Air Conditioning Engineer

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer  - London & M25 - Up to £55,000 + Package

An exciting role to join a growing AC & Mechanical specialist who is looking to expand their operation due to the acquisition of a contract and bring in a specialised Commercial Air Conditioning engineer to supply this service to the existing portfolio of clients in London.

This is a mobile position and all of the sites are based in London & M25 and surrounding areas.

You will be joining their current mobile maintenance team and covering London and the M25 on a range of commercial and high residential contracts.

You will be responsible for all commercial Air conditioning service and maintenance.



Requirements

• C&G/NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Desirable)
• Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
• Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge
• Extensive experience working within a commercial environments
• Full Driver's Licence
• Strong working knowledge of leading AC systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, etc.)
• Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 10 Years of Air Conditioning Experience (Ideally)

• Basic Salary of up to £55,000
• Quarterly Bonus for achieving objectives based on achievable targets
• Monday to Friday 07:00 am – 18:00 pm (10-hour working Day, Inclusive of travel & 30-minute break)

• PPM & Reactive maintenance
• Air conditioning, Chillers & refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge
