An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Salisbury has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Fabric Engineer based in a high-profile building in Salisbury.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance within a team of roughly 50 across this static site.



The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £33,000, overtime, further training and a route into further career progression.

• Monday to Friday
• 8am to 5pm

• Basic Carpentry 
• Painting and plasterboard.
• Changing locks.
• Door hinges.
• Floor repairs.
• Minor repairs to office furniture
• Putting together small equipment/ Flat packs
• Kick and push plates.
• Install/ Repair blinds
• Basic Plumbing.
• Maintain and update Log books
• Assist the maintenance team on-site
• Escort subcontractors

• Level 2 in Carpentry, Painting & Decorating, etc (Desirable)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
