Maintenance Plumber

Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – London - £28 per hour

CBW is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber  to work for an established company situated in London.

The successful candidate will be a qualified plumber with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. 

Hours/Details:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am to 17:00pm
• Temp to perm contract
• £28 per hour (umbrella)
• Immediate start

• Repairing Toilets and Sinks
• Unblocking Toilets
• Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
• Pipework inspections and repairs
• Minor installation works
• Carpentry work
• Minor fixing
• Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
• Flexible in helping other trades on site
• Planned and reactive works
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors

• Plumbing qualified level 3 minimum
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• Installation experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Happy to cover a large site
• Honest, hard-working and reliable
