Shift Maintenance Engineer – London Bridge, London | Up to £53,000

I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading maintenance company based at London Bridge, London.

You will be working across a brand-new, high-end corporate commercial office and luxury residential development on behalf of a prestigious property management company.

The role involves carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks in a high-profile environment.

My client is currently seeking:

• 1 x Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer
• 1 x Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer

• Apprentice trained
• Electrical or Mechanical – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent)
• 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Valid CSCS Card
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Proven commercial building maintenance experience

• Basic salary of up to £53,000
