Who You'll Be Working With

• A team of 30 app growth specialists based in Central London
• Over 80 years of combined mobile marketing experience
• Clients across entertainment, fitness, retail, and media industries

• Work directly on client accounts from day one
• Conduct research, strategy, and execution of ASO initiatives
• Drive app visibility, rankings, and conversion performance
• Gain hands-on experience in a highly specialised digital marketing discipline
• Best suited for candidates with at least a couple of years’ professional experience, ideally within an agency environment
• Open to backgrounds in analytics, data, marketing, SEO, or media, provided copywriting and data analysis were part of previous roles

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis across multiple app categories
• Optimise app store listings end-to-end (titles, descriptions, metadata, screenshots, creative assets)
• Join client meetings to present insights, recommendations, and performance updates
• Build detailed reports using industry-recognised analytics tools
• Manage multiple client deliverables across daily, weekly, and monthly timelines
• Contribute to case studies and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong copywriting ability with a clear understanding of language nuances
• Experience applying data analysis in a professional setting
• At least a couple of years’ relevant professional experience (agency experience preferred)
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• A client-first, solutions-focused mindset
• Interest in mobile technology, apps, and digital marketing
• Understanding of UX, design principles, or mobile user behaviour (a plus)

• Must have the right to work in the Philippines
• Fully remote offshore role
• No UK visa sponsorship provided

• Processor: Intel Core i5 12th Gen or higher, or AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent
• RAM: Minimum 16 GB
• Reliable webcam and professional-grade headset
• Internet: At least 60 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload
• Backup internet connection strongly preferred
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace suitable for professional video calls

• Salary: Approximately 55k–100k PHP per month
