Senior Surveyor – Infrastructure & Coastal Assets
Leeds or Warrington (Hybrid/Flexible Working)
Competitive Salary & Benefits Package

We’re looking for a talented Senior Surveyor to join a growing team working at the intersection of property and infrastructure.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in managing a diverse coastal estate while contributing to a wide range of infrastructure and asset management projects.

You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team working across coastal, marine, infrastructure, and property sectors.

The environment is professional but down-to-earth, with a strong emphasis on knowledge-sharing and development.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on both day-to-day management and more complex, specialist projects, gaining exposure to a wide variety of challenges and clients.

If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and working on projects that genuinely shape the built and natural environment, this role offers plenty of scope to grow and make your mark.

The Role

You’ll take the lead on managing a coastal estate across the North of England, delivering a broad mix of professional surveying work.

Alongside this, you’ll support wider infrastructure and property projects, helping to identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where no two days are the same, blending estate management with strategic advisory work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day operations across a varied coastal estate
  • Overseeing infrastructure and marine-related assets including:
    • Jetties and wharves
    • Bridges and tunnels
    • Pipelines and cables
    • Marinas, moorings, and aquaculture sites
  • Leading rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Negotiating leases, licences, disposals, and consents
  • Handling land issues such as encroachments
  • Promoting health & safety best practice across the estate
  • Building strong relationships through client, tenant, and industry engagement
  • Identifying new business opportunities and supporting wider growth
  • Delivering clear, accurate financial and client reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • RICS-qualified Surveyor (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a consultancy or professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of the property market, ideally with exposure to infrastructure or coastal assets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work across different sectors
  • Good knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards
  • Commercial awareness and confidence in client-facing situations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of your work
  • Full UK driving licence

Why Join?

  • Work on meaningful infrastructure and coastal projects
  • Enjoy a varied role with real responsibility
  • Be part of a collaborative, supportive team
  • Opportunities to develop your expertise and progress your career
  • Flexible and hybrid working options.
