Static Air Conditioning Engineer – FM Service Provider – High-End Residential – Battersea, South West London – Up to £50,000 per annum - No Call-out 

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Static Air Conditioning Engineer to be based at a prestigious high-end residential estate in Battersea, South West London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading FM service provider working within a premium residential environment.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer with a strong background in HVAC maintenance and a proven track record in commercial or high-end residential environments.

Working as part of a close-knit team of three engineers, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance, servicing, and responding to breakdowns across a wide range of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, no call-out requirement, and excellent opportunities for career progression.

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday (40-hour week)
• 08:00 am – 17:00 pm

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Service and maintain VRV/VRF systems, split systems, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and associated plant
• Take ownership of site air conditioning assets, predominantly Daikin systems
• Diagnose faults using manufacturer-specific tools such as Daikin service checkers
• Carry out repairs and ensure systems are operating efficiently and reliably
• Produce clear and concise service reports and investigation documentation
• Liaise directly with the client, maintaining a professional and client-focused approach
• Assist in preparing quotations in collaboration with the supply chain
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations and industry standards

• Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

• NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Essential)
• F-Gas Category 1 (C&G 2079) – (Essential)
• Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance and servicing
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and chillers
• Experience working within commercial or high-end residential environments
• Building services background
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
