Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Commercial Building - Hampshire - Immediate start - £19.48 per hour

CBW is currently recruiting an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial estate located in Hampshire.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

They will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

 

Hours/Details:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am to 17:00pm
• Contract type: Ongoing contract
• Vehicle + fuel card

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• General building fabric
• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings

• Electrically or mechanically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3
• City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition if electrically bias
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• Installation experience
• Excellent customer service skill
• Honest, hard-working and reliable
• UK driving lisence needed
