Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider – Commercial Building – Fitzrovia, London – Up to £45,000 per annum

Exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised FM property company based at a large commercial building in Fitzrovia, London.

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Maintenance Plumber for a static site, delivering high-quality plumbing and mechanical maintenance.

The successful candidate will be a qualified plumber (Level 2 minimum) with a proven track record in commercial or property maintenance.

Working as part of the on-site maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across plumbing and building services systems.

Hours of Work:

 - Monday to Friday

 - 08:00 am – 16:30 pm


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works
• Repair toilets, sinks, and general sanitary ware
• Unblock drains and toilets and resolve plumbing faults
• Conduct water hygiene maintenance and inspections
• Inspect and repair pipework systems
• Carry out minor plumbing installations
• Maintain pumps, expansion vessels, PRVs, and TMVs
• Support water treatment tasks (temperature checks)
• Assist other trades on site when required
• Carry out general building fabric maintenance
• Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors

• Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

• Plumbing qualification – City & Guilds / NVQ -  Level 2 minimum (Essential)
• Proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• Installation experience desirable
