x2 Mechanical Shift Engineer  - Commercial Building - London - Immediate start - Temp to Perm - £25 Per Hour

An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in London.

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenace Engineer to cover a commercial site.  He or she will carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Hours of work

• 4 on 4 off  
• 07:00am to 19:00pm
• 19:00pm to 07:00am
• Contract type - Temp to perm
• Immediate start

• Planned and reactive maintenance 
• HVAC Systems  
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors 

• Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2 
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
