Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor – FM Service Provider – South Kensington – Up to £55,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading FM service provider, overseeing electrical maintenance operations across a large, high-end residential development in South Kensington.

As Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a small on-site team of two engineers, ensuring all planned and reactive electrical maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards expected within a luxury residential environment.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, split 50/50 between management and on-the-tools duties, making it ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge who enjoys leading a team while remaining actively involved in site operations and delivering an exceptional level of service to residents.

Hours of Work

• 08:00am – 17:00pm
• Monday to Friday

• Carrying out daily checks, as well as planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Acting as first response to electrical and system faults across the building
• Overseeing lighting controls, HVAC electrical systems, and general LV infrastructure
• Supporting wider facilities operations and escalating issues where required
• Coordinating with mobile support teams and specialist contractors
• Maintaining accurate system logs, completing PPM tasks, and ensuring timely close-out of work orders

• Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or equivalent)
• Strong LV experience
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
• Proactive, with strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Confident working with modern building systems and automation
• Professional and calm when dealing with residents and clients
• Flexible and willing to support in emergency situations when required
