Fabric Engineer – FM Service Provider - High-Profile Building – Chilton – up to £32,000 + Package 

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Chilton, Oxfordshire has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Fabric Engineer based in a high-profile building in Chilton.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.



The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance.

• Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00

• Basic Carpentry 
• Painting and plasterboard.
• Changing locks.
• Door hinges.
• Floor repairs.
• Minor repairs to office furniture
• Putting together small equipment/ Flat packs
• Kick and push plates.
• Install/ Repair blinds
• Basic Plumbing.
• Maintain and update Log books
• Assist the maintenance team on site
• Escort subcontractors

• Trade qualifications in Carpentry (Desirable) 
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
