Mechanical Shift Engineer

Mechanical Shift Engineer  - Commercial Building - London - Immediate start - Temp to Perm - Up to £28 Per Hour (DOE)

An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in London.

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based covering a commercial site.  He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Hours of work

  • Monday to Friday
  • 06:00am to 14:00pm
  • 14:00pm to 22:00pm
  • Contract type - Temp to perm
  • Immediate start
 
Key duties & Responsibilities
  • Planned and reactive maintenance 
  • HVAC Systems  
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e.

    Hot & cold)
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
  • Pumps, motors 
 
Requirements
  • Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2 
  • Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Client Facing
