Maintenance Plumber - Commercial Building –  Russell Square - Permanent - Up to £45,000


Exciting opportunity to work for an globally recognisable FM Property company based in London.

CBW are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to be based at a large commercial building near Russell Square.

The successful candidate will be a qualified plumber with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out plumbing / mechanical planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site.

Working with the maintenance team on site he or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below.  In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, overtime, and the chance to work at this very unique and interesting site.

Package & Hours of Work

• Up to £45,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 16:30 pm
• Overtime available
• 25 days holiday + BH
• Company Pension

• Repairing Toilets and Sinks 
• Unblocking Toilets 
• Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
• Pipework inspections and repairs
• Minor installation works 
• Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
• Flexible in helping other trades on site 
• Planned and reactive works
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors

• Plumbing qualified level 2 minimum
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• Installation experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Happy to cover a large site
• Honest, hard-working and reliable
