​​Air Conditioning Project Manager

Air Conditioning Project Manager - Kemsing, Kent/London - Specialist Service Provider - Up to £65,000 per annum 

CBW is currently recruiting an Air Conditioning Project Manager to join a Specialist Service Provider.

The role requires working 2 days per week in the Kemsing office and 3 days in London (days may vary depending on workload).

Typical project values will initially range from £500K to £1 million, with the potential to increase as the portfolio continues to grow.

The successful candidate must be willing to travel across the UK infrequently when required.

Hours: 

08:00am - 17:00pm 

Key Duties: 

• Define project scope, produce cost estimates, and prepare technical specifications.
• Manage the quotation, tender, and contractor selection process.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of approved subcontractors.
• Chair and record project meetings and liaise closely with contract managers.
• Plan and deliver works to minimise disruption to retail operations and customer experience.
• Manage internal and external resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor progress and financial performance against project milestones.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and CDM Regulations.
• Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Mechanical or HVAC or AC Qualifications 
• Strong technical understanding in Mechanical, AC or HVAC.
• Proven track record in managing engineering projects within live commercial environments. 
• Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously within a dynamic environment.
• Fully conversant with the requirements of CDM Regulations and all associated Health & Safety standards.
