Static Air Conditioning Engineer

Static Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer – Denmark Hill – Commercial Estate – Up to £50,000 per annum!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Static Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to be based on a large, well-established commercial estate in Denmark Hill, South East London.

You will be part of a dedicated on-site engineering team of 8 engineers, working collaboratively to deliver a high standard of planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday (40-hour week)
  
  
• 08:00am to 17:00pm

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, and FCUs
  
  
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably
  
  
• Perform routine inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, and system testing
  
  
• Ensure all works comply with F-Gas regulations and industry standards
  
  
• Respond promptly and professionally to breakdowns to minimise downtime
  
  
• Accurately complete maintenance records, job sheets, and reports
  
  
• Work closely with the wider engineering team to ensure smooth site operations
  
  
• Identify system improvements and recommend upgrades where appropriate

• Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

• Valid and up-to-date F-Gas certification
  
  
• Relevant NVQ / City & Guilds qualifications in Air Conditioning or HVAC
  
  
• Proven experience within an HVAC / Building Services environment
  
  
• Stable employment history within HVAC, FM, or Building Services
  
  
• Strong technical knowledge of a broad range of air conditioning systems
  
  
• Professional, client-focused approach with strong communication skills
  
  
• Positive, proactive attitude with flexibility in problem-solving
