Mechanical Ventilation Engineer –  FM Service Provider - Slough – Commercial Complex – Up to £44,000 per annum

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider located near Slough. 

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Ventilation Engineer to be based at this prestigious site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical ventilation systems across the studio facilities.

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday
  
  
• 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
  
  

• Execute scheduled planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on all ventilation plant and equipment
  
  
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance and emergency breakdowns
  
  
• Diagnose complex mechanical faults and implement lasting repairs
  
  
• Inspect ductwork and ventilation systems to industry standards
  
  
• Perform essential mechanical tasks such as belt replacement, bearing lubrication, filter changes, and fan balancing
  
  
• Work collaboratively with HVAC and M&E teams to ensure efficient system operation
  
  
• Manage and oversee specialist sub-contractors, ensuring compliant and high-quality workmanship
  
  

• Up to £44,000 basic annual salary

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Ventilation Systems – Essential
  
  
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience maintaining and installing large-scale mechanical ventilation systems
  
  
• Proven facilities maintenance experience in commercial environments
