As a PR Account Executive, you will support the delivery of integrated PR campaigns, working closely with experienced consultants and gaining exposure to insurance and corporate communications.
This PR Account Executive position offers hands-on learning, structured development and the opportunity to build strong core skills across media relations, content creation and client support.
The PR Account Executive will play an important role in ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, consistently and to a high standard.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Supporting the delivery of PR campaigns across insurance and corporate communications clients
- Drafting press releases, media comments, technical articles and business-focused content
- Conducting media research and building targeted journalist lists
- Assisting with proactive media outreach and responding to media enquiries
- Monitoring media coverage and producing clear, accurate coverage reports
- Supporting social media activity and wider communication initiatives
- Providing day-to-day account support and working collaboratively within account teams
- A strong academic background with a genuine interest in communications, media and current affairs
- Excellent written communication skills and close attention to detail
- An interest in insurance, financial services or complex B2B sectors
- Confidence communicating with different stakeholders and learning how to engage with journalists
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn within a specialist consultancy environment
- Previous exposure to PR through an internship, placement or PR agency experience is a bonus
