Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Hospital - Isleworth - Up to £48,528

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Isleworth has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to be based at a Hospital located in Isleworth.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,528, overtime, further training, and a route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday 
• 8 am to 5 pm
• 1 week per month 6 am starts for generator testing - 10 Hours OT Guaranteed 
• Plenty of Overtime available

• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
• Monitor the BMS systems
• Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist sub contractors

• Salary of £48,528

• Electrically qualified - Trade Apprenticeship or City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3 (Required)
• 18th Edition (Required)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
