Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Hospital - Isleworth - Up to £45,219

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Isleworth has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based at a Hospital located in Isleworth.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday 
• 8 am to 5 pm
• 1 week per month 6 am starts for generator testing - 10 Hours OT Guaranteed 
• Plenty of Overtime available

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

• Salary of £45,219

• Electrically qualified - Trade Apprenticeship or City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3 (Required)
• 18th Edition (Required)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
