Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – NHS Campus – London – up to £45,000 per annum
 
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a static Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to work in a NHS campus in London.

There is a friendly team already in place, ready to share their expertise and help you get fully up to speed with the buildings and systems.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, plenty of overtime available, 25 days holiday + Bank holidays, further training and further career progression.
 
Hours of work
 
Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
 
8am to 5pm 
 
Key duties & responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, split units, AHUs, FCUs).
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to ensure systems run efficiently and reliably.
• Perform routine checks, inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, and system testing.
• Ensure all work meets F-Gas and industry compliance standards.
• Respond to breakdowns quickly and professionally to minimise downtime.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and update job sheets and reports.
• Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of service.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend upgrades where needed.

• Possess relevant and Up To date associated F-GAS and NVQ Qualifications.
• Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment.
• A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
• Proven knowledge of a wide spectrum of A/C systems and plan.
• Ability to develop and be part of a team.
  
  Manage their own time, works and paperwork.
• Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective.
• Positive attitude “can do will do”.
  
  Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site.
