Job Title:         Head Pastry Chef

Our client is an exclusive luxury five-star luxury hotel in the heart of Central London.

We are actively shortlisting for a talented Head Pastry Chef to oversee the pastry operation across multiple high‑end outlets within a flagship London property.

This role carries full responsibility for the creation and production of desserts, sweets, amenities and cakes, delivered from a dedicated pastry lab.

Head Pastry Responsibility:


  • Full responsibility for pastry production across all outlets within the property.


  • Creation and execution of desserts, sweets, amenities and celebration cakes.
  • Daily management of the pastry lab, ensuring efficiency, organisation and immaculate standards.
  • Training, mentoring and developing the pastry team.
  • Maintaining consistency, quality and brand standards across all menus.
  • Driving innovation, seasonality and menu development in collaboration with senior culinary leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile:


  • Experienced Head Pastry Chef from luxury hotels or high‑end restaurants.


  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire a small team.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern and classical pastry techniques.
  • Proven ability to deliver high‑volume, high‑quality production.
  • Creative, calm under pressure and committed to excellence.
