Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Buildings – London and Surrounding Areas - 1 in 4 call out – Up to £50,000 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover commercial buildings across London and the surrounding areas.

The buildings you will be preforming the maintenance and reactive works consist of modern offices and commercial buildings for existing and new clients.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, plenty of overtime available, 26 days holiday + Bank holidays, further training and further career progression, 1 in 4 call outs and a van + fuel card.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday (40 hour week)

8am to 5pm 

Key duties & responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, split units, AHUs, FCUs).
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to ensure systems run efficiently and reliably.
• Perform routine checks, inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, and system testing.
• Ensure all work meets F-Gas and industry compliance standards.
• Respond to breakdowns quickly and professionally to minimise downtime.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and update job sheets and reports.
• Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of service.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend upgrades where needed.

• Possess relevant and Up To date associated F-GAS and NVQ level 2 Qualification.
• Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment.
• A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
• Proven knowledge of a wide spectrum of A/C systems and plan.
• Manage their own time, works and paperwork.
• Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective.
• Positive attitude “can do will do”.
  
  Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site.
• Full UK driving licence.
