CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a High-end residential contract.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.

In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £47,500 with a potential route into further career progression.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Air Handling Unit’s
• Building Management Systems
• Air Conditioning equipment
• Cold Water systems
• Heating and Ventilation systems
• Emergency lighting
• Fan Coil Units
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)
• Escort / organise sub contractors
• Attend client meetings if required
• Ensure site log books are kept up to date

• Basic Salary of up to £47,500
• Call out - 1 in 2
• Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 / 10:00 – 19:00
• 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Tablet & Work Phone Provided
• Full company uniform 

• Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Essential)
• 18th Edition
• Must be able to pass a DBS check or have a current DBS (Essential)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
