Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Fenchurch Street.

CBW is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a prestigious commercial office building, located less than a 5-minute walk from Fenchurch Street Station.  The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. 

He or she will be required to carry out Electrical planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.

Working with the maintenance team on-site.

He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below.  In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, overtime and the chance to work at this very unique and interesting site.

 

Package

• Up to £48,000 per annum
• Lots of Overtime available
• 25 days holiday + BH

• Motorcycle Parking for 6 am shift

• Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
• 06:00 am to 15:00 pm - Week 1
• 09:00 am to 18:00 pm - Week 2
• 1 in 4 Call-out - Only 6 call-outs took place in 2025

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
• 17th/18th Edition (Required)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
