CBW Staffing Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an electrically qualified Maintenance Engineer to work for an established FM Service Provider at a high-end commercial office in Tower Hill, London.

The successful candidate will hold C&G Level 3 Electrical qualification and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This is a sole engineer role within the on-site maintenance team.

The individual will be responsible for carrying out all planned and reactive building maintenance across the tenanted area.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm

• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Air Handling Unit’s
• Building Management Systems
• Air Conditioning equipment
• Cold Water systems
• Heating and Ventilation systems
• Emergency lighting
• Fan Coil Units
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)
• Escort / organise sub contractors
• Attend client meetings if required
• Ensure site log books are kept up to date

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
• City & Guilds - 17th / 18th Edition
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
