As a People Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the People function, working closely with senior HR professionals to ensure smooth operations across all people-related activities.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Managing comprehensive HR administration including documentation preparation, record maintenance, and ensuring full compliance with employment regulations
  • Overseeing the complete employee lifecycle from seamless onboarding experiences for new starters through to professional offboarding processes
  • Coordinating employee benefits administration including healthcare programmes, wellbeing initiatives, and volunteer day allocations
  • Supporting the delivery of internal training programmes and contributing to learning and development coordination across the business
  • Maintaining accurate people data systems while ensuring confidentiality and data protection standards are consistently met
  • Contributing to HR reporting and metrics analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking
