M&E Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider  - London Liverpool Street - Up to £50,000 per annum 

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based near Liverpool Street has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an M&E Maintenance Engineer to be based in a high-end commercial office located just moments from Liverpool Street Station.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance alongside the existing on-site maintenance team.

The building offers a contemporary, high-spec working environment within a prominent new landmark.

The ideal applicant will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance with a proven track record in electrical and general building maintenance.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am to 5:00pm

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• General fabric works

• Up to £50,000
• 25 days holiday + Bank holidays

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
• 18th Edition (Desirable)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
