Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Bristol & Surrounding Areas - Up to £45,000 

CBW are currently looking for an Electrical Van Mobile Engineer to join a leading building services provider, responsible for the maintenance of circa 10 commercial buildings across the Bristol and M4 area. 

The successful candidate will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ qualified) with proven experience in commercial building maintenance, carrying out both PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive works on electrical and mechanical systems, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems.

This is a mobile role, and you will be responsible for attending multiple sites throughout the week.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarm Maintenance
• Carry out PPM's & Reactive maintenance
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds etc)
• Tap Temps
• Ensuring log books are kept up to date
• Escorting specialist sub contractors
• Assisting other engineers
• Offering technical support

• Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00pm

• City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Level 2 & 3
• Full Uk Driving License 
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of commercial building maintenance
• Excellent customer service skills
• You must be happy to work on a "Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites across M4.
