Maintenance Supervisor – FM Service Provider – South Kensington – £53,000 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to be based in South Kensington on behalf of a leading facilities management and maintenance provider.

This is an off-the-tools supervisory role offering £53,000 per annum with a 1-in-4 call-out rota.

The position is ideal for either an experienced supervisor with a strong technical background in commercial building services or a skilled engineer seeking to move into a leadership role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance operations across a busy and technically complex site, ensuring both planned and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills are essential for maintaining smooth day-to-day operations within this prestigious and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all planned and reactive maintenance activity
• Lead and support a team of multi-skilled engineers
• Ensure health & safety compliance and accurate completion of all documentation
• Maintain high standards across plant rooms and technical areas
• Manage and deliver small works and improvement projects
• Attend client meetings and provide clear updates
• Oversee contractors, ensuring quality and compliance

• Salary: £53,000 per annum
• Call out: 1 in 4 rota
• 25 days’ holiday

• Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 17:00pm

• Fully qualified to a recognised electrical or mechanical standard (e.g., HNC/HND or City & Guilds)
• Experience supervising and running a commercial building
• Strong financial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and costs
• Demonstrable experience delivering both planned and reactive maintenance
