Mechanical Maintenance - FM Service Provider – Gloucestershire – up to £45,000

I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a large maintenance company working in the Gloucestershire area, working at commercial office buildings on behalf of a large property management company.

You will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks across a large estate of buildings.  

My client is looking for a Multi-skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in building services.

• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks )
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)

• Mechanical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
• Unvented Qualified 
• Client Facing
