Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Victoria.

CBW is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer ideally with a current LV qualification (Expired is OK) to be based across circa 16 sites within a team of 9 engineers, all of which are within 1 square mile and walking distance from one another. 

He or she will be required to carry out Electrical & Mechanical planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, he or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below.  In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, overtime and the chance to work across very unique and interesting sites.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• Knowledge of UPS systems, including switch-over panels 
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Monitor the BMS systems
• General building fabric
• HIU Knowledge (Beneficial) 
• Escort specialist subcontractors

• Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
• 08:00am to 17:00pm 

• Electrically qualified (Minimum of Level 3) - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• LVAP Qualification
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• Installation experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Happy to cover a large site
• Honest, hard-working working and reliable

• Up to £49,000 per annum
• Up to £25-30k of OT available per engineer
• 25 days holiday + BH
