Electrical Shift Engineer – FM Service Provider – Westminster, London - Ongoing temp - Shift Days and Nights 


CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established building services company based in Westminster, London.

These roles are situated within a commercial office environment, where you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance as part of an experienced maintenance team.



Vacancy 

• Shift - Days and Nights 
• Hours: 07:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00
• Ongoing temp
• £25 per hour 

• Small electrical installations, fault-finding, and lighting maintenance
• Emergency lighting testing
• Control panel maintenance
• Replacing ballasts
• Monitoring the BMS (Building Management System) for heating and cooling systems
• General M&E and fabric maintenance
• Logbook updates and compliance reporting
• Basic plumbing tasks (e.g.
  
  unblocking toilets)
• Maintenance of pumps, motors, and other building systems

• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installations
• 18th Edition qualification
• Ability to provide copies of relevant trade certificates
• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
